Becoming a Member

If you would like to join the NMHMA, please fill out the form below. Once you have completed the form, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. It will submit your information and take you to the next step where you can pay your membership fee securly online using PayPal.

THE MEMBERSHIP FEE IS $75.00 PER BAND/ARTIST AND THAT ENTITLES THE BAND LEADER TO ONE (1) VOTE.  HOWEVER ALL MEMBERS IN THE BAND CAN REGISTER SEPARATELY FOR $10.00 PER ADDITIONAL BAND MEMBERS AND EACH ADDITIONAL REGISTERED MEMBER IS ENTITLED TO AN ADDITIONAL VOTE
